Bifröst was born out of frustration. We ran Discord communities ourselves and got tired of juggling five different bots — each with its own dashboard, its own limits, and its own paywall.
So we set out to build something better: a single, powerful platform that gives server owners everything they need — moderation, tickets, modmail, integrations and more — all in one place, with no feature gating.

From side project to platform
Early 2025
The spark
Frustrated by the fragmented Discord bot ecosystem — too many bots, too many dashboards, none of them talking to each other — we decided to build what we actually wanted: one platform that does it all.
Mid 2025
Heimdall hits the ground
We launched Heimdall in pre‑alpha to a 7,000‑member Discord server. Real users, real scale, real feedback. The stress test shaped every feature that followed.
Late 2025
The rebuild
Armed with everything we learned, we rebuilt Heimdall from the ground up — dashboard‑first, fully featured, and designed to scale. No shortcuts.
Early 2026
Early access
Heimdall entered early access. Moderation, tickets, modmail, Minecraft integration, Tebex support, and a real dashboard — all in one place, with zero feature gating.
